Before you call
Are you really open at 2am?
Yes. Call or text (270) 566-8785 or (270) 585-3346 at any hour. Equipment does not break conveniently, so we do not keep conventional hours.
Do you charge extra for emergency work?
Rush and after-hours work is quoted according to what it takes to move it to the front. We will tell you the number before we start — there are no surprises added afterwards.
I don’t have a drawing or a part number. Can you still help?
Yes, and this is most of what emergency work looks like. Bring us the broken part, or the pieces of it, and we will measure and make a new one.
How quickly can you turn an emergency part around?
It depends entirely on the part, the material and what is already on the machines. Call and describe it — we will give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one.
Do you come out to the site?
Ask when you call. Some jobs are far quicker to handle in the shop, but for local customers we will do what makes sense to get you running again.
